I have met Yvonne shortly after my arrival in Switzerland back in 2016. We needed a plan to bring our different “families” of workers together again (office people, depot staff, drivers & subcontractors) following a cultural change at group level and share our new vision for the coming years. I basically left it all in Yvonne’s hands and, in just 10 months, she turned the exercise into a success. Yvonne is one of the few persons I worked with who I would trust blindly. Give her the challenge, set the objectives, empower her and let her roll it out self sufficiently, you won’t be disappointed.

Yvonne carried out a series of coaching and management/leadership training with our leadership team in Regulatory Operations at Roche. She was brought in by our Global Team Leader who wanted to harmonise her leadership team and to provide us with the latest techniques and skills. Yvonne’s insight and excellent experience working with corporations changed the dynamics of our team and gave a new life to the way we worked and collaborated with one another. We were eight team leaders scattered in Basel, San Francisco and Mississauga. Any large team is a challenge in a business environment, add distance, the difference in culture and time zones and you are up to facing unpredictable challenges. Her training provided us with the necessary tools to communicate more efficiently and implement our goals more effectively. Thank you, Yvonne.
